Portals Practices are a wide array of activities and processes that can enhance well-being, inner balance and harmony. We begin by establishing focus through the sensation of a single element. Then, gradually alternate to another, then learn to sustain awareness of two, three, and four elements simultaneously. From there, expand awareness toward holding these concurrently within the field of consciousness.
These practices help prepare the human system to hold different energies, and inner movements in harmonious coexistence, strengthening the capacity for integration, presence, and greater interior coherence.
