Where are the frontiers of human development?
In this conversation, Aviv Shahar invited together two practitioners working at the intersection of spiritual development, leadership, and collective consciousness. Grace Boda is an executive coach who has expanded her practice to guide individuals and leaders open their perceptual awareness and inhabit their "larger being." Ellen Dobie-Geffen is an Akashic Records reader who works with people to illuminate their soul’s path, innate gifts, and karmic history. Together, they explore what it means to be alive during this pivotal moment in human history.
What quickly becomes apparent is that we are, each one of us, if we choose, the living frontier of human development. As sovereign beings, that is both our gift and our responsibility. All around us we see instability, breakdown, and separation and, as Grace and Ellen point out, that provides us with the crucible moment to understand that the problems we see and experience in the external world also exist in our interior life. When we open the path to deeper healing for ourselves, we make it possible for the collective as well.
They share some of their daily practices, affirmations, and awarenesses that they uphold as anchoring and grounding exercises. Through these, we sense the ability to uplift ourselves above the normal passive and unconscious state, and into our true power, presence interconnectedness.

- Every challenge co-arises within it the seeds of its own solution; our capacities expand to meet the need we face.
- True power is magnetizing, not forcing. When we expand beyond the separate self, power is not about domination and scarcity, but about creativity and generativity.

I feel like this is a big evolutionary quantum jump that we're on the brink of. And what's exciting to me, as I look at all that is going on in the world around here, is I know in my own experience, and all that I've seen in others and in the world, that every challenge that we face co-arises with the resources to meet it. And so, we know that we create these challenges in consciousness, and the resources to meet them arise in consciousness.
