Aviv: The core invitation we're making here is, recognize you are one, whole, integrated life. And that one whole integrated life is made of and is encompassing and encompassed by a universe of tremendous multiplicity within and without. And anytime you allow yourself to be locked in a limiting binary equation inside your own head - should I, should I not - or with somebody else around a conflict, you contract and narrow the range of who you are and what you can be, sometime by 90%. You literally become, not just suboptimal in your response, but you become subhuman in the sense of, you took yourself out, or offline from, the fullness and the richness of what human life is all about.
And what we have explored in this conversation today, are the different moves you can make to release, to unleash, to unlock, to free up, to integrate, to transcend. And we will come back on next explorations to further these. Because this is so important if we are to live a fuller life, if we are to live a life of intention and purpose and clarity, and lead intentionally in all the different roles of our lives, and become the more fully embodied humans we can be.
There is an art to compromise and to not being locked into the either/or, but to find other options and other percentages that lead to solutions, that lead to agreements or co-creating, and that allow movement. Otherwise we are stuck, we are polarized, and a lot of disputes and quarrels ensue that really deplete us and we misspend our energy and happiness

I am seeking to be in conversation with others in search for keys, for tools of understanding and application and for the real questions, the ones that become portals to contemplative journeys, leading to uncharted territories that feel like home.
I believe we are on a trajectory of multiple and unpredictable changes; it is up to each one of us to rise to the challenge of our times. Now, more than ever before, is the time to be true to ourselves and fulfill our potential.
I have always loved being outdoors in nature, in gardens, feeling the wonder looking up at the stars.
At the same time there has been a fascination with the capabilities of the human and a knowing that we are capable of so much more.
It has been a lifelong quest for me to find how these two things come together in the way of a natural human.
