Let’s expand our awareness for a moment. What if these core dynamics that shape our lives are not opposites at all, but simultaneous processes unfolding every moment of every day? They depend on one another. And we are not merely passive witnesses to them. We participate. We can choose what to cultivate and what to let wither, what to bring to life and what to allow to fade.

• A polarity is a binary trap that locks us into one side or the other. Its grip is neutralized by a third way, a third intelligence, the capacity to observe both without attaching to either.
