In this final installment of our conversation with Mark Horoszowski, Co-founder and CEO of MovingWorlds, we learn more about the biggest challenges in launching and leading a global endeavor to build a more sustainable and equitable planet.
It begins with the dynamic customer base of four stakeholder groups – the investors, professionals and businesses that need to connect and collaborate around the shared purpose of creating real systemic change. MovingWorlds must develop solutions that appeal to all four, while finding ways to drive aligned behavior and also generate revenue from each stakeholder.
But the challenges go beyond creating solutions to connecting with the stakeholder’s deeper inspiration and motivation, the inner
sense of enlightenment and even spiritual dimension, necessary for the endeavor’s success.
To drive large-scale systemic change, there is a need to bring together the people who are able to demonstrate and apply their own consciousness, state of mind, values, and personal transformation. It’s the behavior and the mindset of individuals that catalyze the change of the system around them.
Politically we can’t agree, and there's the right versus the left, the populist versus the globalist, there are all these. But fundamentally the humans within this all are actually looking out for their community. From the human behavior side, I think my stance, especially seeing the work that we do, is that the vast majority of humans are caring, supportive, and want what's best for themselves and others.
