At Portals of Perception we enjoy skating to the edge of what we currently know and understand to seek and reveal what may be emerging on the frontiers of human experience.
We begin this conversation by tracing the appearance, milestones and primary themes in the long period of planetary and human history, or epoch, that we see culminating all around us. It’s a long-wave view of the last 2500 years, a medium trace of the last 400 years, and recent developments of the last 60 years.
We explore the culminating epoch not just as linear dates and events along a timeline outside of ourselves, but also as a sequence of energies inside of us that influence the evolution of humanity, individually and collectively. In this too is the proposition that we’re not individual humans flying solo through an
epoch transition, but are integrated with the intelligence of the more-than-human or causing realms where the signal for human and universal evolution originates.
In this conversation, Aviv Shahar and Jeff Vander Clute trace the appearance and major themes of this culminating epoch of planetary and human history, and the possibilities for humanity in evolution’s emerging and unfolding new wave.
