I agree that co-creation is always happening, but our job, I think, is to become aware of that. And with awareness comes consciousness. Much of my own life has been reclaiming consciousness and the awareness that I am in the flow, I am co-creating.
Anne Stadler
Anne is a pioneering elder. Her specialty is offering services that support self-organizing individual and collective leadership. She opens space for the emergence of spirited leadership and inspired forms for collective evolution. A founder and organizer of local, national, and international peace efforts, and an award-winning television producer at KING 5-TV in Seattle Washington, Anne has decades of experience in guiding the formation of emergent communities.
Grace Boda
Grace is an executive coach and transformational guide working at the leading edge of consciousness. She guides leaders, entrepreneurs, creatives and others to work with the full creative power of awakened Presence.
Grace holds advanced degrees in public policy and physical therapy (neuroscience specialty), is a certified executive and systems coach and professional mediator, and has advanced training in energy work, subtle perception, and the development of consciousness.

Jeff Vander Clute
Jeff Vander Clute coaches and consults, teaches, writes, and leads travel journeys.
He is a co-founder of Sourcing The Way, Enlightening Journeys and Expeditions, and The Consciousness of Money.
Jeff is also a member of the Evolutionary Leaders Circle and he serves on the board of directors for Alliance for the Earth and Source of Synergy Foundation (previous chair).

Royce Holladay
I think of myself as a hunter/gatherer/sharer of ideas, humor, stories, and poetry - looking at the world through multiple lenses.
My work (www.hsdinstitute.org) offers me opportunities to walk with people as they deal with complex changes and challenges. Working at the intersection between physical and social sciences, the field of human systems dynamics (HSD) offers simple and straightforward tools, models, and methods for seeing and making sense of the emergent, transformational world around us.
I am also an author and poet. Having published six books of poetry and co-authored seven non-fiction books about applications of HSD, my writing describes, explains, and explores life's complexities from multiple angles and perspectives. I look forward to learning from others here in the portal, fueling a next round of hunting, gathering, and sharing.
Kate Sutherland
Kate Sutherland is a social entrepreneur, organizational development consultant and executive coach who is on a lifelong quest for ways to quicken collective peace and joy. This has included a geeky fascination for group dynamics groups being a doorway to win-win-win breakthroughs in perception, thinking, and action.
She is increasingly focused on helping leaders and change agents create non-linear change through inner work (i.e. intention, perception, intuition and consciousness), tapping the latent capacity of groups for collective intelligence, co-creation and flow.
Kate is co-founder of EmergeCollab and was co-founding faculty and executive coach for THNK School of Creative Leadership, and Simon Fraser University’s Certificates in Social Innovation and in Evaluation for Social Impact. Her third book, We Can Do This! makes accessible ten frameworks used by professional facilitators and consultants.
