So what or who is conducting this orchestra of me? At any given moment, is there a conductor? Is there something, or someone, trying to bring order to all these different parts of me so that they can actually be coherent, and make some kind of a coherence noise?

The human orchestra is that there is a permission for human life, there is a range available for human life – but can I first discover that a human can liberate a broader range of voices?

Another way to look at the orchestra is that we are the orchestra of all the people that we’ve interacted with, and certainly all the people that influenced us: parents, brothers, sisters, other people that shaped us in our upbringing. And the point of your story is, do you let that part of the orchestra run on autopilot?

If we think about it, all the great works of art, all the great works of creativity, of innovation, of leadership, they all expressed this symphonic potential because they’re always to do with connecting different paths that were not connected before
