Join us as we continue this exploration into the new year. This event will be hosted by Aviv Shahar, an author, coach, and global consultant, helping leadership teams create breakthroughs that produce transformational futures.
Inquiries to be explored:
- What invites and inspires the genius latent in all of us? Can we live into this space right here, right now?
- What is the nature of co-creation? How are we transformed ourselves in the co-creative process?

Our panel of guests:
- Ofer Dotan – I am excited to explore together what emerges when we apply ourselves towards a common aspiration, to foster more humane collaborations, through which we can discover and express our potentialities
- Ariel Levari – I believe truth is not a final destination, but an ongoing journey that requires being in conversation with the world and the people around us. I'm looking forward to seeing what threads of truth begin to unspool through our conversations, and how we can trace them into a more beautiful future

- Diego Garcia Schober - If our future potential exists in the present only as what is 'alive' in us right now, can we experience collective aliveness? I'm looking forward to coming together as a collective of bright mind-hearts to play and emerge a future that as individuals we could not
- Enrique Spacca - I am truly inspired by the range of uniqueness in individuals and by the potential that each uniqueness constitutes (and provides) when integrated into a collective endeavor

What if we could transform all into “love”? I believe that we can. I find deep pleasure in working with individuals, and groups, to support them to unblock the natural Flow of Life. Having studied a "Global Challenges" program (essentially the SDGs seen from a governance and development perspective), I care deeply about today's big issues like environmental destruction and inequality. And my passion lies particularly in how we can facilitate local transformation that addresses these challenges: starting from deep personal development and continuing with relational practices and organizational transformation. Three qualities I strongly resonate with are: Curious. Loving. Driven.

His engagement with the arts has led him to explore a wide range of mediums and artistic approaches, that with time have woven into one single ongoing research that attempts to reveal the hidden complexities of human experience for the betterment of the individual and the collectivity.

Stéphane is the Director of the We-Flow Lab in Amsterdam where he develops practices and spaces where individuals and teams can grow. With a background in Business Intelligence & MBTI Coaching, Stéphane studies the hidden links between organizations, human potential and states of consciousness.
Stéphane is a sportsman and team player at the core. He trained and facilitated within Integral communities in the U.S., Paris, & finally Amsterdam.
Utilizing collective intelligence in his community, he distilled a unique transformative modality called We-Flow. It is a next-generation conscious technology to give each person access to their unique genius and support them to apply it in the world, in real-time.
