We now have the permission and the capability to join many more communities than ever before, all over the world. And we now have the capacity and the potential to join communities as self-authored agents, no longer in the need to lose ourselves inside the community, but rather to discover a way of being inside a community where the unlock of our own individual growth and maturation is jointly attended to - at least by potential - as we humans mature through the opportunity that's in front of us.
And many of us, many people all around the planet, are sensing that this coming decade, or coming two or three decades, is about some phase of transition. Call it a transformation age, call it a release age, call it a transition, call
it an elevation, different people with different developmental frameworks anticipated and described this time in different language. We called this gathering today because we sense that community has a big and important part to play.
I am wondering if life itself, and emergence, isn't simply the evolution of the signals that we are always receiving and transmitting. So the better we become at noticing the signals, and amplifying them, the better we are at contributing to nurturing ourselves, and nurturing the emergent community that is forming around us.
